Collecting expectations at the beginning

To be able to collect the expectations of the participants, there are different efficient methods to do it:

• The "Pin board" consist in placing a pin board at the entrance (before the conference starts) where the participants can write their expectations, wishes, experiences, etc. This method is very useful to collect information and visualize them.
• Another way to collect the expectations, wishes, etc; is simply to ask them at arrival. They can either write them selves a list, or somebody can write for them.
• In case that, during the conference, you need to discover information regarding the participants and also divide the groups in smaller ones, you can use the homogeny- heterogenic method. For example, each opinion, receives a different card colour. The persons with this opinion will locate them selves in the green table; the ones with another opinion will go to the yellow table, and so on.
